It is a pad and it is comfortable
I am very satisfied with this chest rig . For the price point I don’t think there is a better value on the market currently that boasts the same features. I really like that the entire setup will transfer to the plate carrier LPPC package, which not only saves money on having to purchase a separate load out but streamlines training making everything consistent. As soon as I have the money that will be my next purchase.
Its perfect . My wife has a sternum that sticks out pretty far and it hurts when she wears carriers no matter what. This is a fantastic improvement. Thankyou
