The Rapid Aid Trauma Sleeve (R.A.T.S) is designed for swift response in life-threatening emergencies. The inner organization sleeve is secured inside the pouch with Velcro for easy access. To deploy the R.A.T.S, simply lift the Velcro closure and pull out the trauma sleeve. This simple, efficient design ensures no time is wasted when SHTF.

Good people, good products, good shipping. Im always pleased when I pull a product from Acetac out of the box. This kit is the perfect size to sit nicely on the back of my belt unnoticed, while still being packed with anything Id need should an emergency find me.
Has a lot of space to put anything medical that can save you life in a situation of emergency,has enough space for patches in the front also ,the quality is amazing and tbh it’s pretty comfortable,got the woodland camo and is straight fire
This kit rocks, and had a majority of what to expect in a standard trauma kit. The blow out system works great and retains well once the Velcro is pulled down.

Very well thought out, and stocked with the right med gear. Good purchase and would definitely recommend. 2 recommendations for improvement; attach loops to the molle for mounting & sew in flaps or an internal pouch to keep the chest seals from falling out. Still would buy again

Great stitching, I like that the kit comes with a original cat tourniquet.
I’m not very familiar with IFAKs, but from my inexpert opinion this one seems pretty good. Everything feels high quality and durable and functions as expected.
Does not carry much and didn’t come with mollies
Everything about it is great. I do wish it had a location for trauma shears. I have also learned that its good to have the TQ located on top so you aren't sitting on it and wearing it out. But overall I'm very happy with the purchase.
