This is definitely the smallest kit I have seen. Trying to turn this into an EDC trauma kit that partners with my concealed carry. Ended up putting the tourniquet, gloves, Hemostatic gauze, and dual chest seals inside and removing everything else. The textile case is nice and the belt clip is very well engineered to stay put, but still be easy to remove from your belt to access the kit. I wish there was a load out option for major trauma only instead of things like band-aids and burn gel. Another great variant of this would be a flatter IWB version that doesn't bring attention to yourself.
Solid zippers, great organization, even retaining bands inside for pistol mags or bandages. Belt loop small enough for most belts AND tactical belts. Laser molle if you’re a weirdo! Thing has everything for 25 bucks
I have mine set up on my cummerbund and it does everything I need it to do without feeling like it gets in the way of my arms when I do anything. For the price, just get several. You won't be disappointed.
