I'm not usually a write a review type person. But, I felt compelled in this case because of the excellent customer service I've received (and the awesome kit).
Initially, I ran into a hiccup. Within a few hours of placing my order, I received a call from Rob explaining that there had been an issue with a possible mismatch between inventory listed on the site and inventory ready to ship and that my order would be slightly delayed. Rob was incredibly straight forward, immediately accepted responsibility for the issue, and got to work making it right.
We got an email chain going and immediately Rob started troubleshooting. He inquired if I had an immediate need and luckily,I didn't. At this price point and with the raving reviews on gun reddit, I'd have been happy to wait a month for my order let alone a few extra days. But, that wasn't good enough for Rob. The dude seems laser focused on customer service in the best way possible. And, within another 24 hours, he had the issue resolved and my gear was on my way. A few days later, my stuff was at my door with a free battle pack and tshirt included for my troubles. Completely outstanding.
As for the gear itself, it's exactly what I hoped for. The quality is obvious and the possibilities seem endless. I can't wait to get out to the range later in the week to tweak/finish my setup under operating conditions. The fit and finish on everything is perfect and the bonus battle pack is super sweet as well and really completes the load out.
Aw, look at me. I'm rambling again. Long story short, if you're hovering over some new Acetac gear and can't decide what to do, I'd suggest you go ahead and bite the bullet. You can tell a lot about gear by how the company and people producing it stand behind it and in this case, they stand tall. Thanks again Rob and everyone else at Acetac. Stay stafe and happy shootin' everybody and I'll catch ya'll a little later down the rail.
